A student furnished rental lease must be established in writing and signed by all parties to be valid.
Unlike the classical furnished rental lease, the duration of this lease is 9 months and it is non-renewable, whether the owner is an individual or a company.
The notice must be made at least 3 months before the end of the lease. The termination must be justified:
- By a sale;
- By a purpose of accommodating his family;
- For a legitimate and serious reason (in the event of repeated delays in payment, for example).
The notice must be made at least one month before the desired date of termination. This termination can be given without any reasons and at any time.
The termination is notified by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The termination process is set from the date of receipt of this letter.
